About PlayNook

PlayNook is an independent website of free browser games, started in 2026 by Ammar Aslam in Pakistan. Our aim is simple: a tidy collection of well-made classic and casual games that load quickly, work on any device and respect your time.

Our games

Every game on PlayNook is our own original version, written from scratch for the web. We do not embed games from other websites. Classic game types such as Sudoku, Minesweeper or Snake are old, widely played formats; our versions use our own code, design and artwork.

Our guides

Each game page includes instructions, controls, strategy tips and answers to common questions, and our blog publishes longer guides. We write for players of all levels and check our tips against the actual games.

Fair and family-friendly

• Scores are stored only in your browser.
